Peace of Mind is Simply a Phone Call Away...

The Village Clerk's Office in conjunction with the Chenequa Police Department has developed this program to assist the elderly or those living alone in our community.  Participants in this program would make daily contact with the Clerk's Office.  Should a participant fail to call in, contact would be attempted by phone by the Village Clerk's Office.  If contact is not made with the participant, contact would be attempted with those individuals listed on the Participant Information Sheet.  Should contact not be obtained, a Chenequa Police Officer would be sent to the residence for further investigation.

This program is intended to give residents a peace of mind knowing that someone cares about their welfare.  It provides the reassurance that should a participant fall or become ill and be unable to call for help, contact will be made by the Chenequa Police Department and the necessary assistance will be provided.

The program can be customized to meet your needs.  The program can be set up for regular daily use, however, it can also be used for temporary or occasional service.  For more information regarding this program, contact Clerk Bonita Zimdars at (262) 367-2239.  Program documents are available below.
