Village Trustees adopted Ordinance No. 2019-03-11-01 on March 11, 2019. Section 6.3(2) of the Village Code was amended defining the term of “Accessory Structure”; Section 6.3(22) was created defining the term of “Indoor Recreational Facilities”; and Section 6.7(4) was amended which pertains to Legal Nonconforming Structures, in order to update and clarify the definitions and standards pertaining to Legal Nonconforming Structures.
