RESOLUTION APPROVING THAT CERTAIN RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND WAIVER FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE VILLAGE OF CHENEQUA
WHEREAS, John Newman and JoJo Gehl (together, Mr. Newman and Mrs. Gehl) own certain property located off of State Highway 83 in Hartland, Wisconsin commonly known as Tax Key No. CHQV0399994 (the “Property”), and a portion of the private driveway serving the Property lying in the Village of Chenequa (the “Driveway”) will not meet the design standards set forth in Section 5.23(4) of the Village of Chenequa Code.
