VILLAGE OF CHENEQUA OFFICIAL NOTICE

SPRING ELECTION LOCATION, HOURS OF POLLING PLACE AND BOARD OF CANVASSERS
The polls will be open for the Spring Election to be held on April 7, 2020, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Voting will take place at the Village of Chenequa Public Works Building located at 31197 W County Road K in the Village of Chenequa. Polling place is accessible to elderly and disabled voters.
At the close of Election Day, pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. §19.84, the Election Inspectors will convene as a joint meeting of the Municipal Board of Canvassers for the purpose of conducting the municipal canvass pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§7.51 and 7.53(1). This meeting will be open to the public pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§19.81-89.
The Municipal Board of Canvassers will also hold a meeting at 4:00 p.m. in the Village Board Room to process and count late-arriving provisional ballots (if any) that arrived in our office by mail on Friday, April 10, 2020; and outstanding absentee ballots that arrived in our office and/or by mail on Monday, April 13, 2020.
